A bi-lingual, third generation Floridian, Mr. Fenster received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida. With more than 30 years as a member of the Florida Bar, Jeffrey M. Fenster has practiced law, and affected change in a dynamic legal landscape. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, and the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Fenster is a pioneer in the area of nursing home and assisted living facility litigation. He is one of the state's most experienced trial attorneys in this field, and one of a few select to argue such a case before the Florida Supreme Court.

Mr. Fenster has been very active in promoting the rights of the wrongfully injured, by holding professional memberships in several prestigious professional organizations including the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He has served as the President of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and Vice Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. He has also served as Dean of the People's law School at Broward Community College, which strives to educate consumers on their legal rights.

Mr. Fenster brings a depth of experience, and a desire to impart knowledge upon consumers and peers alike. He has successfully litigated some of the nation's most challenging personal injury cases, and has received an "A.V." rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

A native Floridian Ms. Cohen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school she was a member of both Delta Theta Phi and the Nova Law Review. Ms. Cohen is admitted to the Florida Bar, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Southern District of Florida.

With more than 25 years of experience, Stacie Cohen has litigated all types of personal injury matters and insurance claims in the State of Florida. She has become an expert in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury, as well as insurance disputes and appellate issues.

Beyond litigation, she has drafted legislation on behalf of individuals and victims rights and is an active member of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers now known as the Florida Justice Association. In addition to the membership, Ms. Cohen has served on insurance task force for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers in an effort to draft laws designed to protect Florida's consumer.

Ms. Cohen has received an "AV" rating by the Martindale Hubble Law Directory.

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Sobol obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Central Florida in 2000. He was a student athlete who attained the distinguished honor of being placed on the President's List. Mr. Sobol was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from Nova Southeastern University.

Mr. Sobol is a partner of Fenster Cohen & Sobol, P.A. and specializes in automobile accident cases and general negligence. He is admitted to practice in Florida State of Federal Court and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Justice Association, Broward County Trial Lawyers and Broward County Bar Association.

Mr. Sobol is an active trial lawyer and represents clients in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties.
